Stephens County Traffic Defense

Stephens County Georgia is located about 90 miles northeast of Atlanta It borders South Carolina, sharing Lake Hartwell Reservoir. Toccoa, home of the Paul Anderson Memorial Park, is the county seat. Additionally, Toccoa is home to Toccoa Falls College, a small, yet well-known private Christian college where students come from all over the world to study.

Our office is conveniently located in Toccoa right across the street from the post office. Our office is very familiar with the courts in Stephens County.

The judges for the Superior Court are Judge Russell Smith and Judge Chan Caudell. Superior Court is held in the Stephens County Government Building across the street from the Stephens County Historic Courthouse.

Stephens County State Court arraignments are held the second Friday every month at 9 am in the Stephens County Government Building. Motions and bench trials are held the third Wednesday of every month with Judge James Irvin presiding.

We regularly handle all types of cases in the State Court. We have extensive experience with DUI, marijuana, and traffic citations in this court.
