Toccoa Municipal Court

Toccoa Municipal Court (located next door to the Stephens County Government Building in the Toccoa Municipal Building) holds arraignments the first and second Thursdays of every month at 3:30 pm. Bench Trials are held the fourth Thursday every month at 3:30 pm. The presiding judge of the Municipal Court is Judge Robert Sneed.
